Helen is the Ambassador for Neutrog, a 40 year old family owned company based in the Adelaide Hills with 60 employees. The range of biological fertilisers is based on natural products such as fish meal, manure and sea kelp. Helen presented detailed information about Neutrog’s highly scientific procedures to ensure quality control in the composting process. She went on to explain how specific organic fertilisers were developed and the plant groups for which they were appropriate to enable healthy growth. Helen recommended year round fertilising for plants, once per season.
