In November last year, the Associations Incorporation Act 1981, was replaced with the Associations Incorporation Reform Act 2012 (and its associated regulations)Our constitution is based on the Model Rules with only a few minor inclusions. We therefore need to address these in an updated constitution, which must be voted on at our AGM.Copies of both the existing constitution and the proposed changes will be available on the notice board at the July and August meetings.
